Insurance & Payment Options

Goldstone Psychiatry and Neuromodulation Center is committed to making excellent psychiatric care accessible and transparent. We accept several major commercial insurance plans and also offer a private-pay option for patients who prefer a more streamlined and discreet experience.

We are actively credentialing with major insurance providers to expand access for our community. Our current participation status will be updated here as new contracts are finalized. If you do not see your plan listed, please contact our office — we may be able to offer out-of-network superbills or a private-pay arrangement in the meantime.

Private-Pay Option

Private pay is entirely optional. Some patients choose this route to avoid claims processing, deductibles, prior authorizations, and the coverage limitations that insurance plans sometimes impose on mental health care. Before beginning treatment, private-pay patients receive clear information about fees and may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

Patients who pay in full out of pocket may also request that information related to that service not be disclosed to their health plan for payment or health care operations purposes, except where disclosure is required by law.

Whichever path you choose, our clinical approach remains the same: thoughtful, evidence-based, and personalized psychiatric care.

Transparent pricing means you always know what to expect — no surprise bills and no insurance run-around. Time with your physician stays focused on your care.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) — $500

A comprehensive diagnostic evaluation including history, mental status examination, review of prior treatment, and a personalized treatment plan. Recommended for all new patients.

Follow-Up Management Visit (30 minutes) — $300

Ongoing medication management, treatment adjustments, and supportive check-ins. The standard visit type for established patients.

Brief Check-In (15 minutes) — $150

Available by physician invitation for stable, established patients on maintenance treatment. Not appropriate for new concerns, medication changes, or complex updates.

Neuromodulation Evaluation (60 minutes) — $500

In-depth candidacy evaluation for TMS, Spravato, or ketamine therapy. Includes treatment-resistance review, prior medication trial analysis, safety screening, and coordination with your referring provider.

Forms & Letters

starting at $50 for Disability paperwork, FMLA, school and workplace accommodations, and similar documentation. Final fees depend on complexity and turnaround time. Documents requiring more than 15 minutes of physician time are billed at the prevailing visit rate.

Payment

Payment is collected in advance or at the time of service by credit/debit cards, cash, check, Zelle, or bank transfer. A valid card is securely kept on file through our HIPAA-compliant practice management system.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life doesn’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another patient in need. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee — $100 for new patient appointments and $50 for follow-up visits.
