What's coming
TMS Therapy. FDA-cleared, non-invasive magnetic stimulation that targets the brain regions involved in depression. No medication, no anesthesia, no recovery time — patients stay awake and drive themselves home.
Accelerated TMS Protocols. Compressed treatment schedules — including the FDA-cleared SWIFT protocol (a full course in six days) and emerging one-day options — for patients who can’t commit to several weeks of daily visits.
Spravato (Esketamine). FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression. Delivered under clinical monitoring in our office, working through brain pathways that traditional antidepressants don’t touch.
Ketamine Therapy. A different mechanism for severe or treatment-resistant depression. Carefully screened, monitored, and integrated into a broader plan.

Should I wait to start care until those treatments are available?
No. Most patients benefit from beginning standard care now — careful diagnosis, medication optimization, and therapy planning. By the time advanced treatments are available, you’ll have a strong foundation in place and a clinician who already knows your story.
Will insurance cover these treatments?
Most commercial plans and Medicare cover standard TMS and Spravato for treatment-resistant depression when criteria are met. Accelerated TMS and ketamine therapy are typically self-pay. We’ll verify benefits and provide a written estimate before any treatment begins.
