Telepsychiatry

Care That Comes to You

Privacy. Convenience. The same thoughtful care — from wherever you are.

Sometimes the office isn’t the easiest place to be. Maybe it’s traffic. A demanding schedule. A quiet day. Or just preferring the comfort of home.

Telepsychiatry brings the visit to you, with the same depth of care and careful clinical attention as in-person.

Goldstone provides telehealth visits to patients across Texas — including The Woodlands, Houston, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, Katy, Sugar Land, Memorial, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and urban/rural communities throughout the state.

How it works

You’ll receive a secure link before your visit. At your appointment time, find a quiet, private spot where you can talk freely. We’ll meet by video — and the conversation goes the same way it would in our office.

New patient evaluations are typically 60 minutes. Follow-ups are usually 20 to 30.

What telehealth is great for

  • Depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and insomnia
  • Ongoing medication management
  • Second opinions and diagnostic clarification
  • Continuity during travel or life transitions
  • Busy schedule
  • Patients in areas without nearby specialists
  • Anyone who simply prefers the comfort of home

When in-person makes more sense

Some situations call for in-person care — active safety concerns, certain controlled medications, or, in the future, advanced treatments delivered in our offices. We’ll let you know when that’s the case, and you can come to our in-person location.

Coming Soon

Once our neuromodulation suite opens, treatments like TMS and Spravato will be administered in-office — but most pre- and post-treatment visits can still happen by telehealth.

Common questions

Is telehealth as effective as in-person?

For depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and most medication management, research and clinical experience say yes. For specific situations, we’ll recommend in-person — and tell you why.

Most plans cover telepsychiatry the same way they cover in-person visits. We’ll help verify your specific benefits.
